Is the food frozen or fresh?
These gourmet dishes are deep-frozen to better preserve flavor, texture, and nutritional value. Ideal for those who want convenience without sacrificing quality.
Are the dishes ready to eat?
Yes, just heat as directed on the packaging (oven or stovetop). No cooking is required.
Can I heat the dishes in the microwave?
Chef Patrícia Gomes doesn't recommend using a microwave to preserve the original texture and flavor of the recipes. Whenever possible, choose to reheat in the oven or follow the instructions on the packaging.
What is the expiration date of the products?
Shelf life varies depending on the dish, but most have a shelf life of up to 3 months frozen . The exact expiration date is on the packaging.
How should I store it after purchase?
Keep the products in the freezer at -18°C until ready to use.
Do they have vegetarian options?
Yes! We have vegetarian dishes identified on our menu by the "Vegetarian" category on the website menu and also in the online store filters.
How do I know how long to heat the dish?
Each dish comes with complete preparation instructions. You can also check the product page or watch videos with the Chef (coming soon).
Can I heat it directly in the packaging?
It depends on the type of dish. Check the instructions: some should be transferred to oven-safe or stovetop/cooktop-safe dishes.
