1. Home Delivery
1.1 Shipping Fees
Free delivery for orders over €50
€5 delivery fee for orders under €50
1.2 Weekly Delivery Schedule
We currently deliver to the following areas:
Zone 1 – Cascais: Tuesdays and Fridays
Zone 2 – Lisbon: Mondays and Thursdays
Zone 3 – Oeiras and Sintra: Wednesdays
Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance of the next scheduled delivery date for your area.
2. In-Store Pickup (Click & Collect)
Customers may choose to pick up their orders directly at the store:
Address: Rua Miguel Bombarda, 344 – Loja 3, Parede, 2775-003
Pickup hours:
Monday to Friday: 11 am – 6 pm
Saturday: 10 am – 1 pm
Processing time:
Orders are ready for pickup within 24 business hours after payment confirmation.
You will be notified by email or WhatsApp when your order is ready.
3. Delivery Conditions
• Deliveries are made in appropriate packaging to maintain product quality and temperature.
• The customer must ensure that someone is available at the delivery address during the estimated delivery period.
• In case of absence, a new delivery fee will be charged for rescheduling.
4. Changes or Cancellations
• Address changes or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
• Cancellations with a full refund are accepted only if requested 12 hours before dispatch.
• Once the order has been shipped, cancellations or returns are not possible, except in cases of error or defect.
